The pandemic has created new trends in the purchase of housing in large cities, where the center has begun to lose interest in favor of more peripheral areas. Many families have decided to start the search for their new home, putting the terrace or, in general, outdoor spaces as their main requirement.
The new need to work from home means that new homes have spaces adapted to reconcile family and work life. This project proposes a mixed typology between what is a highrise collective residential building and an attached one. Thanks to this mix, the (3) houses have a generous outdoor space in the form of a garden or terrace and roof terrace. In addition, the homes may be equipped with an individual pool.
